How long does it take to get a quote?
▾
We turn quotes around within one business day for standard requests. For larger or custom orders, we may follow up with a quick call to make sure we get it right.
What does the 15-Year Warranty cover?
▾
Our warranty covers two components: frames, bases, and structural components are backed for 10 years; laminate tops and polypropylene shells are covered for 5 years. Surface wear from normal use is not covered, but structural issues — welding, frame integrity, hardware — are fully backed for a decade.
Can I get custom colours to match our school colours?
▾
Absolutely. We manufacture our own products, which means we can accommodate custom colour requests. Standard lead times apply for custom colours; get in touch and we'll discuss options.
How long does delivery take?
▾
Lead times vary by order size and product. Standard orders typically ship within 4–8 weeks. Because we manufacture in Canada, we avoid overseas shipping delays. Rush orders can often be accommodated — ask us when you inquire.
Do you deliver and install?
▾
Yes — we offer delivery across Canada, and can arrange installation services. This is discussed and quoted separately depending on your location and order size.
Do you work with school district purchasing departments?
▾
Yes — we're experienced working within school district procurement processes, including standing offers, tender responses, and cooperative purchasing programs. We can provide the documentation you need.
What's the difference between HPL and TFL?
▾
HPL (High Pressure Laminate) is made by fusing multiple layers of resin-impregnated paper under high heat and pressure, then bonding the result to a substrate like particleboard. It's thicker, harder, and significantly more resistant to scratches, impacts, and moisture — making it the right choice for high-traffic classroom desktops and tabletops. TFL (Thermally Fused Laminate) is a single decorative layer fused directly onto the board substrate. It's lighter and more economical, and works well for lower-impact surfaces or storage components. For most school desk and table tops, we recommend HPL. If you're unsure which is right for your project, just ask — we'll point you in the right direction.
