Educan offers two warranty tiers. Products purchased on or after January 1, 2025 are covered under our upgraded 15 year limited lifetime warranty. Products purchased before January 2025 remain covered under the 10 year limited warranty described below.
For products purchased on or after January 1, 2025. We set 15 years because our products routinely outlast it.
All steel frames, welds, and structural joints against failure under normal classroom use.
HPL bonding, edge bonding, and Edulast 6 coat coating against delamination and structural failure.
Chair and stool seats and backs against cracking or structural failure under normal use.
Glides, casters, seating controls, pneumatic and ratchet cylinders, table mechanisms, and vinyl upholstery.
All moving components including glides, casters, and cylinders against mechanical failure.
Note: Functional lifetime is defined as 10 years according to ANSI/BIFMA standards. Educan's 15-year frame warranty exceeds this standard, reflecting our confidence in the quality of our manufacturing.
For products purchased before January 1, 2025. All existing warranties remain fully in effect.

Frame finishes against peeling and flaking under normal indoor conditions.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and assumes products are used within Educan's product capacity guidelines. The following are not covered under either warranty tier.
Because we manufacture everything in house, we typically have replacement parts on hand. Most issues are resolved within hours — not weeks.
Take a clear photo of the damage and the production label on the product so we can identify the original order and parts used.
Our team reviews the issue promptly. As the manufacturer, we focus on understanding the cause — not assigning blame.
Replacement parts are typically available from 2 hours to 2 weeks for custom components. No student should be without a working chair or desk.
